How the tests are carried out
Product testing with customized systems is carried out through an integrated process that combines analysis, design and verification. After a preliminary study of the product's characteristics and objectives, we develop dedicated mechanical, electrical, and software solutions in close collaboration with the customer. The product is then subjected to real and controlled tests, capable of faithfully reproducing operating conditions.
All collected data is stored in a secure database and processed using advanced software, transforming it into clear reports and intuitive interfaces. Get product testing with EOLT testbed
The EOLT test bench enables rapid and customized end-of-line testing of turbochargers, verifying valves, lubrication, and performance under controlled conditions. Thermodynamic parameters, vibrations, and acoustics are monitored during the tests, with data logging for statistical analysis and complete product traceability.
